House maintenance responsibilities comes when you own a house, whether you bought or built, there is a certain responsibility to keep the house fresh and functioning smoothly.

When you buy a car or bike it requires a certain servicing after a time period such as,changing engine oil,checking engine performance and making a fine tuning after running a certain mileage,required fuel,tire pressure, braking performance etc should be checked in a certain while.

The first and foremost thing is to place the septic tank in a suitable place at the site, from where the drainage system is easily connectable.Also have to check the tank after a certain period of time to avoid overflow due to congested pipes.

There are a number of house owners who believe that there is no maintenance  required after once the house color work is done ! But they are absolutely wrong. Because there are more costs required for maintenance of the color work compared to the initial phase. Clean the water tank (that contains potable and usable water) every year if possible.Maintain the lift every month if there is any. Checking the kitchen appliances every month or two, if working properly or not etc.
